Project description: KISA is a company that offers unique mobile phones and services tailored for seniors, children, and people with disabilities.
My responsibilities: My responsibilities involved working closely with the client to develop and refine project requirements, ensuring their vision and needs were precisely addressed. I spearheaded the redesign of the website for both desktop and mobile platforms, starting with comprehensive user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. I reimagined the website's concept from the ground up, focusing on creating an intuitive and engaging user experience. This process included developing wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to establish a clear design direction. Special emphasis was placed on the configurator, which was crucial due to the KISA phone's unique configuration needs. I meticulously designed and tested this feature to ensure it was user-friendly and met all functional requirements. I ensured that the design adhered to accessibility standards and maintained detailed documentation to guide development and future updates.
Project description: KISA Staff Portal is a project that was developed for the KISA company for managing and supporting all clients, internal communication between employees, data storage, task system and much more.
My responsibilities: I designed the information architecture to ensure intuitive navigation and developed sitemaps for clear user flow. I created wireframes and interactive prototypes to define and test the portal’s structure and functionality. For visual design, I crafted high-fidelity mockups that aligned with the company’s branding and aimed for a seamless user experience. Collaboration with developers and stakeholders was key to ensure design accuracy and alignment with project goals. As a result, our clients received a Staff Portal with such key functions as: CRM, Chat, Calendar, Task System, Personal Accounts, Hierarchy of Accessibility and Management Rights and much more.

My responsibilities: Implementation of existing identity, styles and website design on a template provided by us in advance. Development of designs and integration of customer requirements into a mobile application. Coordinated work with mobile application and WordPress developers.
Project description: One Day Tests is the first provider of diagnostic services and medical tests with a laboratory description of each test, qualified specialists and a personal online account with all the results.
My responsibilities: On this project I was the second designer, where I performed tasks such as: coordinating and presenting the UX direction, developing components, creating a visual style and applying a UI kit for the client portal.
Project description: Cinamaker is the all-in-one multi-camera live, recording & editing Studio to create engaging live streams, live meetings, and video recordings.
My responsibilities: Development of two platforms for storing and exporting recorded videos. These platforms include creating user flows, preparing wireframes, developing a UI kit, and presenting the work done to the client.
Project description: Regent FE provides businesses based globally with IBANs, local accounts for collections, payments and currency management.
My responsibilities: I took over this project from another designer, conducting thorough briefings to familiarize myself with both the design and development aspects. I led the project independently as the primary designer, maintaining direct communication with the customer. The development focused on enhancing features such as virtual wallets, account creation flows, transaction functionality, and more.
Project description: 360° Contact Center Productivity Platform: Wallboards, Speech Analytics, Voice Biometrics, Automatic IVR Mapper/Monitoring, SLA/Voice Quality Monitoring, and more.
My responsibilities: Designing a website involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly layouts, ensuring seamless navigation, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Project description: The template platform was developed as a website and application for clients working with commercial sales.
My responsibilities: Research and analysis of similar commercial projects were conducted. Close cooperation with developers, taking into account their expert opinions. A year and a half later, I returned to this project, but this time to develop unique solutions for specific clients based on the template platform.

I started my journey as a UI/UX designer at my current company, where I have gained valuable experience working on various projects. So far, I have completed more than seven projects and am currently managing a long-term project with many challenges and tasks.
Working closely with developers is a key part of my job, as I often join meetings to discuss development options. My work portfolio includes creating native applications, employee portals, CRM systems, customer portals, and e-commerce websites.
A crucial part of my role is interacting directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences. This helps me make necessary changes quickly and ensure the project matches the client’s vision.
My time here has not only improved my technical skills but also motivated me to continue growing in the field. I keep up with the latest trends and solutions to help our clients optimize their businesses and increase their revenue.
